Renewed through March 2009 is our 21-CE credit continuing education course in Environmental Nutrition. With overall dietitian ratings of more than 4.5 on a 5-point scale, this self-study course includes a 304-page textbook and 36-page workbook. Upon completion of the course, a signed statement of completion is returned to HingePin, and CE credits are automatically reported to the Commission on Dietetic Registration for all registered dietitians and diet technicians.
